Pleasure is one of the highest vibration states available to us. The more we can be in pleasure and in an orgasmic state, the healthier, happier, more alive, and energetic we'll be!
Pleasure nourishes and recharges us, and restores our entire body. Doing pleasure practices is therefore a form of self-care, and essential.

I was raised feeling unworthy of pleasure. I feared it. I thought myself sinful. Things became even more complicated when I was sexually assaulted at the tender age of thirteen. We all have these old stories of unworthiness. Fast forward to years later, these Pleasure Practices healed me of all that sexual trauma and shame. Liberating me as the fully orgasmic woman that I am today. Because when you connect to your Pleasure Practice all of those lies of unworthiness are forever silenced. That is where your true transformational power lives. Walking into a room fully embodied as the powerful woman that you are today - speaking your truth.
Within this Pleasure Practice I have magnetized abundance in my finances, my King who adores me, and all the desires of my heart.
